Talent Connection History

After Shanna, the daughter of Jason and Clarissa Osborn was born in 2016 with 22q Chromosome Deletion Syndrome, the Osborn’s knew Shanna would have certain challenges but were willing to support their little girl. Unfortunately, at almost 3 months old Shanna, passed away unexpectedly.

In 2017 The Osborn family started SKO Foundation to offer scholarships and services for those with disabilities, in memory of Shanna. In an effort to give back to those 14+ with career transition services, Talent Connection was born.

Jason Osborn (PHR, M.S. Human Resources) and the team of HR Professionals offer career support for those with disabilities through a results focused rotational program. Services offered include resume reviewing, practice interviewing, networking and LinkedIn reviewing.
